Each home visit requires a deposit of $120. This includes one hour of on-site service. Each additional hour is billed at $60. Most troubleshooting is resolved in 1-2 hours unless devices are faulty.

We provide support for a wide range of smart home devices, smart locks, cameras, TVs and home audio devices. If we aren’t familiar with your device, we have a large database of product and brand reference material to help us along the way.

Absolutely! You can book a specific time slot. Just keep in mind that traffic can be a factor and we may be finishing another job before arriving at your home. We will inform you if we’re running behind.

Please ensure devices are accessible, and have any relevant login credentials or manuals available.

We’ll provide recommendations for replacements and can assist with the setup of any new devices you choose.
