do you have a question?

If you have a service-related question, please fill out our contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Remote support is priced at $49. This allows for a 30-minute call, which is usually enough for most issues. Additional time will be billed at $30 per additional 30-minute block.

We provide support for a wide range of smart home devices, TVs and home audio devices. If we aren’t familiar with your device, we have a large database of product and brand reference material to help us along the way.

We will send you a Zoom link that will automatically connect you to the call, but we can accommodate other platforms if needed.

Ensure your device is powered on, connected to the internet, and that you have the necessary login credentials on hand for any relevant accounts.

In the rare event we can’t resolve your issue remotely, we’ll recommend next steps, which may include scheduling an in-person visit if you’re in our service area.
